INFICON(英福康）PSG010, PSG017, PSG018 被动式皮拉尼真空计
PSG010, PSG017, PSG018英福康（INFICON）耐高温、耐辐射真空计，是一款无源皮拉尼真空计，，有着悠久的历史，与INFICON的VGC094真空规控制器配套使用。其测量范围为： 8×10 -4 … 1000 mbar；可实现远距离（最远500m）、高温（最高250℃）、高电离、高辐射等环境的真空测量，选择钨灯丝，可应用于耐腐蚀型环境。
